Using Hybrideck as an interesting design element

This Hybrideck installation in Port Elliot, South Australia is an excellent demonstration of the versatility of the product. It is the perfect option for this coastal location – being unaffected by the salty sea air and requiring no maintenance unlike traditional timber decking.

The photos below highlight how Hybrideck can be used as both functional decking and also as an unusual design feature. This project has used Hybrideck around beds and on curved surfaces, including underneath overhanging rooflines. The boards have been installed upside down to give a textured “ridges up” appearance.
